Credits are pre-paid scan tokens. When you purchase a credit or bundle, the credits are added to your account. Each time you run a scan, one credit is deducted. Credits never expire and can be used for either Quick or Deep scans.

Yes. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all scan purchases and credit bundles. If you are not satisfied with the results, contact our support team and we will issue a full refund. Note that refunds apply to unused credits only.

Absolutely. We only scan publicly accessible URLs - we never access your source code or private infrastructure. Scan results are encrypted at rest and can be deleted at any time. We are SOC 2 compliant and all payments are processed securely through Stripe.

After successful payment, your scan is immediately queued for processing. You will be redirected to the report page where you can see real-time progress. Once complete, your full security report will be available with findings, severity ratings, and remediation suggestions.
